Privacy Policy

How Axiom Strategy Hub handles the information you give it.

This policy covers Axiom Strategy Hub, the survey platform Axiom uses to collect brand and strategy responses on behalf of its clients.

What we collect

If you have been invited to answer a survey, we hold the name, email address and job title your organisation gave us, the answers you provide, and any files you attach to an answer. We also record when you start and submit a survey so your progress can be saved and resumed.

If you administer a client account, we hold your name, email address and sign-in details.

Why we hold it

To run the survey you were invited to, to return the results to the organisation that commissioned it, and to contact you about that survey — for example to send your access codes or remind you of a deadline.

Who sees your answers

Your answers are shared with the organisation that commissioned the survey. Where that organisation has asked for responses to be anonymised, their staff see answers labelled "Applicant 1", "Applicant 2" and so on rather than by name. Axiom staff administering the platform can see the underlying records in either case.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your credentials

Entry takes three things: a client code, your own applicant code, and a passphrase you choose yourself. The passphrase is stored scrambled and cannot be read by anyone, including us — if you forget it, your organisation's contact can clear it so you can choose a new one. Your existing answers are kept when that happens.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in while you work through a survey or use the client portal. It is required for the site to function and is removed when you sign out or the session ends. We use no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Responses are held for as long as the commissioning organisation needs them for the project, and are deleted on their instruction. Deleting a client or a respondent removes their answers permanently; there is no recovery afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests about a particular survey are usually quickest through the organisation that invited you, since the responses belong to their project.
